2. Orders & Payments

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Full payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Custom orders may require additional processing time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and location.
• Ember Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the damaged product
• video of the packaging

Eligible claims may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, returns based on personal preference or change of mind may not be accepted.

5. Custom Poster Services

By submitting images for custom posters, you confirm that:

• You own the image or have permission to use it.
• The image does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• The image does not contain unlawful, offensive, or prohibited content.

Ember Studio reserves the right to reject any custom order that violates these requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, graphics, text, layouts, and original artwork created by Ember Studio remains the property of Ember Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Fan Art Notice

Some artwork available on the website may be fan-created interpretations inspired by characters, franchises, games, movies, anime, or other media owned by their respective copyright and trademark holders.

Such content is presented as fan-created artwork and is not represented as official licensed merchandise unless explicitly stated.
